    Feel free to explain why or just list the spells. Typical explanations might be something like "The damage isn't competitive" or "I can't afford the talent points."

    Curse of Weakness-Doesn't Scale
    Curse of Elements-Doesn't Scale
    Curse of Recklessness-Doesn't have a use
    Summon Inferno-Doesn't scale or have a use(It would be useful if it didn't despawn my pet)
    Summon Doomguard-Doesn't scale or have a use(It would be useful if it didn't despawn my pet)
    Drain Mana(PTR might change this)-Doesn't scale in PVP or have a use in PVE
    Dark Pact-Really poor scaling
    Curse of Exaustion-Doesn't scale with other snares
    Curse of Doom-Nobody seems to use it for scaling issues. Nothing in particular broke this in beta.
    Soulfire-Shard cost, mana cost, cast time.
    Hellfire:-HIgh mana cost, low DPS, and Kills player. No legit use as an AOE.
    Enslave Demon:-Nothing to enslave anymore.
    Talent: Demonic Empathy-offers very little damage for 3 talent points, out scaled by surrounding talents.
    Talent: 3/3 Mana Feed-Only need 1 point
    Talent: Improved Enslave Demon-No use anymore
    Talent: 3/3 Eradication-Silly haste mechanic and extra long internal cooldown means 1 point is as good as 3
    Talent: Improved searing pain(Still)-Doesn't scale in PVP and locks don't tank anymore in PVE.
    SHADOWFLAME-Damage sucks, Mana cost sucks, Misses always.
    Demon Armor-Huge hit in damage with very little bonus to survival when used.


    Pet Abilities:
    Consume Shadows: Too much of a pain to recast every 6 sec for little bonus. Can't even be used in combat when you need it most. Health funnel is a much faster heal and doesn't cost mana.
    Fel Intelligence: Doesn't scale in PVE and is immediately overidden, no use in PVP.
    Devour Magic(WHAT?!)-reeeesssssiiiiiisssstttttsssss
    Shadowbite: Doesn't scale, this pet cannot do damage in any sense.


    Demon Form:
    Challenging Roar: We die in 2-3 hits. An AOE taunt isn't exactly useful.
    ShadowCleave: A melee attack that deals 250 damage and costs mana.


    Glyphs:


    Glyph of Banish: Only messes up timers
    Glyph of Deathcoil: Just too weak, an extra .5 sec of CC every 2 min.
    Glyph of Searing Pain: Ability doesn't scale, added crit damage is useless.
    Glyph of shadowbolt: Any spec that uses shadowbolt, doesn't care about mana.
    Glyph of succubus: Should be a minor
    Glyph of Voidwalker: Should be a minor
    Glyph of Unstable affliction: UA shouldn't have a cast time at all, this thing does nothing.
    Glyph of souls: Mana cost reduction for an ability used out of combat is silly.
    Glyph of Enslave demon: Again, no spec or demon to use this for.
    Glyph of Drain soul: An insanely low proc rate makes this useless
    Glyph of Health Funnel: Minor at best, it has no mana cost so it can be spammed.
